• Landscape Management Services was founded in Houston, Texas in 1986 by Jeff Corcorran, a degreed Horticulturist and Certified Landscape Professional (CLP #14), to provide professional commercial and residential landscaping construction, maintenance and plant health care services. The company formed a corporation in 1988 under the name LMS Inc. dba Landscape Management Services
  
  
• The company is a full-service firm insured, certified and licensed with the Texas Department of Agricultural (TDA) for Pest Control licensing and with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for Irrigation licensing.
  
  
• LMS provides landscape and irrigation maintenance services to over 50 commercial properties and 60 residential properties.
  
  
• Landscape construction services include: tree, shrub and flower planting, concrete unit pavers, drainage, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, retaining walls, wood decks, patios and gazebos. Some of our more notable projects include:
